For over twenty years, the Northbrook Historical Society has conducted its Cemetery Walk program.
Featuring local cemeteries like St. Peter’s, North Northfield, Oakwood, St. Mary’s, Deerfield, Sacred Heart and more, the Cemetery Walk is educational for young and old alike. Actors reading scripts represent citizens of the past, our neighbors, family and friends, brought back to life! Their stories are told in where they were laid to rest – Come and hear their tales, and you can you learn about the village and how life was like when they lived.
